    We provide a forum for those professionals engaged in the recruitment of healthcare personnel for their institutions, through which programs may be developed for the promotion of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Mutual recruitment problems may be reviewed along with any efforts to resolve them.

  • KAHCR Membership

    Applicants for membership must be employed by a not-for-profit, for-profit, proprietary or government healthcare facility. The applicant must be currently engaged in some type of recruitment/retention activity at the management level, such as healthcare recruiter or be responsible for the operation for the operation of some organized healthcare recruitment program.

    Kentucky Association for Healthcare Recruitment membership offers multiple career development opportunities: serving as a member of the board of directors, participating on a committee, or assisting with fundraisers and community outreach events.
