Tim Gaillard is Vice President of Strategic Workforce Initiatives at UK Healthcare

The Urgent Need to Grow our Workforce –

This is a newly created position since February 2024 initiated out of the need to significantly increase the UK workforce as we open new facilities to treat more Kentucky patients. Prior to this assignment, Tim was Vice President of Administration for the Medical Group and Ambulatory Services at UK Healthcare. He came to UK in February 2021. Prior to UK Healthcare, he was COO at Augusta University Medical Center, COO at University of Wisconsin in Madison, and CAO at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is a Fellow in ACHE since 2007.
